I bought 2 flight (indirect flight) the first from Algiers to rome the second from Rome to malta ....
The second was cancelled and I could see it in the app se I bought other flight to replace.. but the first was fine it was showing that the flight is on time by the time I reach the airport after long journey of driving I haven't found the flight it wasn't even existing...
Take in mind my thousands trying to reach the support service and the opodo customer care service.... No communication at all or feedback about my flight status urgent solution ???!!urgent

TERRIBLE SERVICE
- - Luggage not delivered on Aeroflot; costs: taxi 119.10, clothes 81.75, medicine 17.50; total 218.35; ticket 68932; no refund.
I was traveling to Milan, with aeroflot company (Alitalia partner) and my suitcase did not go along with the flight. After 1:30 a.m.
to announce to the lost and found that I was without the suitcase, I missed the last train to downtown Milan and was obliged to take the taxi (only option on time), charged me 119.10 that I would not spend if had left the airport at the normal time - because it would go by train.
The second point was that the next day for work I did not have my clothes. I ended up going with the clothes I was in, hoping that by the end of the day the suitcase would arrive.
When I came back from work she was not at the Hotel, and I had to go buy clothes for the second day and underwear, worth 81.75 (75.80 + 5.95).
Finally, my daily use medicine that I can not do without was in the bag (because I can not go in my carry-on) and I had to go at dawn in a 24-hour pharmacy, and negotiate without a prescription that a person sold me in value of 17,50 euros.
I ask you to reimburse the amounts spent because of Aeroflot not having shipped the bag next to my flight and also for having delayed the delivery of the bag by more than one day.
Total: 218.35 euros (119.10 + 5.95 + 75.80 + 17.50).
The company didn´t return me. Then, I opened a ticket at Alitalia Brasil with the number 68932 and also didn´t have return.

Alitalia refuses to stand by it's promise of Refund!
- - Video on Alitalia Flight 621 failed despite crew resets.

I was a passenger on Alitalia Flight 621, 24 September 2014, seat 3G.
During this flight, I had no access to my video at all. It didn't work despite numerous resets by the cabin crew.
At the end of the flight, the head Cabin Attendant approached me and told me he would refund to me 200 euro for the deficiency of not being able to use my video console. He took my email address and said someone would contact me.
On October 21st, 2014, I sent a letter stating the above to Alitalia through their online site. On 12/3/14, Alitalia responded saying they were in receipt of my email and would reply soon. January 14th, 2015, Alitalia responded again stating they would like my 200 euro refund to be in a travel voucher for future travel. I informed them that was unacceptable as I would not be able to use or redeem this voucher within a year (as stipulated by them). February 7th, 2015, Alitalia emailed me asking for a phone number to contact me. February 13th, 2015, Alitalia wrote stating that since I had failed to provide them with a telephone number, they wanted a photo ID to confirm and send a travel voucher.
I responded with the following: You previously contacted me on 12/3/14, 1/14/15, and 2/7/15. I am bewildered as to why you hadn't requested a contact phone number in December or January. Your February communication, which was sent while I was out of town, gave me one week to comply with your request. This seems ridiculous considering it took you two months to respond to me initially and no progress has been made for four months.I stand firm in my request that you refund me the 200 euro that was promised to me face to face on my flight by your chief flight attendant. You are welcome to contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX at your convenience.
Your statement, "We would like to reassure you we are committed to providing all our customers with the highest standards of service in the industry" is untrue. The fact that this is going on 6 months for a resolution is ludicrous.
You are also welcome to send the 200 euro refund for my inconvenience to my PayPal account @ XXXXXXXXXXXXX.
A check may be mailed to XXXXXXXXXXXX, in my name, XXXXXX.

I spent a great deal of money on this upgraded seat to have a wonderful trip. I am not rich and this was a huge amount of outlay for me. To have a less than perfect experience for all the money I paid is distressing to say the least.

WE BOOKED THE ORIGINAL RESERVATION BASED ON TIME OF DEPARTURE . OUR TRAVEL AGENT DID NOT RECEIVE THE FATHOM TICKET DEPARTURE TIME THAT WAS AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED BY THE ALITALIA AND EMAILED TO US WHEN WE BOOKED THE FLIGHT, SO WHAT HAPPENED?

Unreliable and unresponsive international airline
- - Alitalia sold Newark-Rome tickets but ended Newark flights in Oct 2012 without notice.
- - We spent about $300 on taxi costs.
- - Food and service were poor.
Unbelieveably bad. Alitalia sold us two roundrip tix in Dec.
2012 for flights between Newark and Rome. Yet, upon arriving in Newark for the departing flight, we learned that they had ceased flying from Newark in October 2012. They never notified us.
And when we filed repeated complaints to at least get reimbursed for the almost $300 in taxis to and from JFK from EWR, they first said they'd get back to us "shortly" and never responded at all to various emails and letters thereafter. Their food and service reinforced our advice: don't fly with them if you can help it.

Let me share with you the nightmare we are experiencing because of your incompetency and lack of customer service.
Here is our story:
My mother's connection flight in Rome was changed because the flight to the Newark airport was overbooked!!! So, you put her on a flight to JFK. She waited for 5 hours … and got on the plane. Great!
When she arrived at JFK with 7 hours delay, her baggage was lost … Your JFK ground staff was very rude, didn't give any details on the procedure, didn't explain when we can expect more information on the Property Irregularity Report that we have filed … Nothing!!! They just gave us some papers to read and a white T-shirt … Thank you very much!
Three days later, we haven't heard from you! Nothing!!! I am desperately trying to reach your office through your phone number: 1 80* 905 ****. Nobody answers! I have left voice messages with my name, phone number and file reference … Nothing!!! I went to the Newark airport yesterday at 6 p.m. to try to talk to someone … your agent was not there! I have left a message for him/her with my file reference and my phone number … Nothing!
I have also tried to check online the status of our claim … Nothing! The file number is not recognized by your system!!!
My mother doesn't have clothes, shoes, charger for her cell phone, camera, our gifts are lost … and we cannot even reach you and ask for the status of our claim?!!!

"I have called your customer number ... guess what - NOTHING. They could not check my PIR number, they have a different system??!!, they gave me telephone numbers of Alitalia offices in Newark and JFK. The numbers are out of service. Are you for real???? I have never ever experienced such an outrageous service. Never!"
Day 4:
Still have not heard from Alitalia. The only reaction I got was on Alitalia Facebok page. For 2 days they have been checking our claim ...
Alitalia has a Website not working properly so I was charged twice to two different credit cards
- - Online payments with AmEx and Visa produced errors.
- - Emails show duplicate reservations charged to AmEx and Visa.
- - Alitalia says the site malfunctions.
I charged online one trip to American Express but the confirmation never came up. Only an error message.
I tried again with a Visa credit card and same happened. I received later two emails with two different reservations for the same air flight charged twice to American Express and to Visa. The Website of Alitalia informed me that they know it malfunction but do not know how to repair it. I also cannot verify online that the second reservation was cancelled and do not know if the charge to Visa will be reversed.
*** an Airline like Alitalia can afford so very bad Website? Isn't Italy the 8th largest economy in the World?

We flew from Brussels to Palermo and one of our suitcases arrived 5 days after we did. I wrote to Alitalia Brussels and Rome, but despite 3 reminders I didn't get an answer.
So don't exspect an answer from them. I suppose they're convinced the customer will give up.
